That’s why we’re launching a number of new features, designed to give you the best experience when using our playbooks to help make contracts simple.

• You can now customise your working space in the platform by adjusting the playbook sidebar to meet your preferences. Whether at the initial stages of reviewing a contract or further into the negotiation process, you can now choose how much visibility you need of your custom playbooks and suggestions.
• You can now undo a playbook suggestion. We’ve made it super straightforward to accept or undo a suggestion, making it faster for you to decide the best course of action.
• You can now customise different types of playbooks further by having both a “light” and a “standard” mark up for a clause type. This enables improved accuracy and consistency in your review and negotiations.

When you partner with Robin AI, you’ll receive a white-glove onboarding service that pairs you with our lawyers and technology experts to create your defined playbooks. This unique lawyer-in-the-loop model enables you to benefit from customised and curated playbooks that set up your contract review and negotiation strategy for you.

Playbooks can cover different scenarios and different types of contracts. For example, you might have different playbooks for reviewing and negotiating NDAs.

When you upload a contract that you’ve been sent to review, Robin AI’s technology will instantly read that contract, identify and label the clauses, and list mark up suggestions based on your pre-defined positions, fall backs and required clauses. This means that with just a click, suggested edits to each identified clause in the contract can be accepted and automatically insert the new text with tracked changes.
