How streamline your obligations tracking workflows
1. Accessing Obligations
Log in to Robin AI and select the Obligations section from the main navigation.
The main dashboard displays your obligations by priority, due date, and completion status.
Main View Sections:
Priority: Attend to these obligations first—they’re overdue or require immediate action.
To-do: Active obligations within their reminder window.
Upcoming: Obligations scheduled but not yet actionable.
Completed: Completed obligations with an exportable audit trail for compliance.[1][3]
Use filters to narrow your search for an obligation, you can do this by fund, counterparty, or responsible party.
2. How Reviewers can quickly certify obligation compliance
Step 1: Receive email notifications when you have obligations that are due, due today or overdue
Step 2: Access the obligations by clicking the ‘Review Obligations’ in the email received or directly through the platform
Step 3: Certify all outstanding and overdue obligations via Bulk Review
Select Bulk Review
Select the related Fund
Review additional contract details
Add notes
Certify individual obligations or those in bulk
Escalate those requiring action - sending an automatic notification to your Obligation Manager
3. How Obligation Managers can monitor and maintain compliance
Step 1: Receive a weekly digest email notification or an email notification for action required obligations
Step 2: Access the obligations by clicking the ‘Review Obligations’ in the email received or directly through the platform
Step 3: Resolve outstanding and escalated obligations from the obligations dashboard
